Expectedly, opinions vary on if Tiki Barber has enough left in the proverbial tank to make an impact in his comeback to the NFL. NFL Network analyst Warren Sapp also questions the way Barber turned his back on the Giants’ locker room and what type of impact he would have on a team’s chemistry.

Tiki Barber‘s decision to unretire and play next season didn’t elicit a great deal of support from most NFL observers. But his former teammate, Giants LT David Diehl, was in the NFL Network house Friday and said Barber will prove the naysayers wrong.
A report surfaced earlier this week in the New York Post that Barber would “certainly be interested” in restarting his career with the Steelers. Apparently, though, that interest isn’t mutual.
Former Giants coach Jim Fassel, now president/GM/coach of the Las Vegas Locomotives, would welcome Tiki Barber with open arms to the UFL.
