NFL Network’s Albert Breer caught up with Vikings coach Leslie Frazier, who said it was a collective decision to start Brett Favre, who he expects won’t be limited by his shoulder injury.

Leslie Frazier knows what he wants, and he knows how he’s going to get there. He already has the Vikings’ respect, not because he’s now the interim coach, but because he’s always had it.
