After one week of the Kerry Collins experience in Indianapolis, NFL Network analyst Joe Theismann is ready to hit the panic button.

Until Jake Locker is deemed ready to start by the Titans, there are all sorts of ideas as to who will be the next starting quarterback in Tennessee. It could be Rusty Smith, the only other quarterback currently on the roster. It could, and mostly likely will be, a veteran in the free-agent market.
