DALLAS — Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has been like a proud father this week. He was hoping, of course, that his team would be playing a home game in Super Bowl XLV, but he has been making the rounds all week basking in the excitement of hosting the game in majestic Cowboys Stadium.
