It's more than just good news for the Baltimore Ravens that RB Willis McGahee took part in a full practice on Thursday. McGahee, who has been hit by chest and eye injuries the last two weeks while still trying to fully recover from offseason knee surgery, appears to be as healthy as he has all season.

NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting that Willis McGahee (chest, questionable) will be active against Tennessee. A Ravens official e-mailed Schefter and said it looks like McGahee will even start. This is a bad matchup for the veteran, but he'll still be active in countless fantasy leagues. Just don't expect much in terms of statistical success.
