Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is a rookie, but he’s getting all the help he can. Baltimore signed former Bengals offensive tackle Willie Anderson to a three-year, $11 million contract that includes $3.5 million guaranteed. Anderson instantly upgrades Baltimore’s offensive line and will help give Flacco more time to throw.
