J.C. Watts’ son stands out at Tulsa’s pro day

Representatives from 17 NFL teams — including two assistant coaches from the Cincinnati Bengals and one from the New York Jets — were on hand Tuesday at Tulsa’s pro day. The workout was held outdoors on FieldTurf with a wind gust that was approximately 10 mph, and the 40-yard dashes were run one time with the wind and another time against the wind. There were eight Tulsa players working out, plus six others from smaller schools in the area. Armonty Bryant gets worked out at both DE and 3-4 OLB

Representatives from 18 NFL teams gathered at Tulsa’s pro day on March 14, where 11 Golden Hurricanes players and two more from East Central University (Okla.) worked out outdoors on FieldTurf.

The most notable prospect on hand at the pro day was from East Central.

Tulsa’s Destin shows off quickness, speed

Seven players worked out for nine teams in attendance Monday at Tulsa’s pro day. They ran outdoors on FieldTurf in winds of 10-15 miles per hour. Three key guys participated, with CB John Destin putting up the best numbers.
