After seeing a recent article in the New York Daily News that described gourmet burger chain Red Robin as “a favorite haunt” of Colin Kaepernick, the restaurant decided to return the love. Red Robin took out a full page ad in Thursday’s San Francisco Chronicle newspaper, where CEO Steve Carley addressed a letter to the San Francisco 49ers quarterback. If the Niners win Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday, Red Robin will give Kaepernick free food for life. And fans are invited to get in on this “golden offer” as well.
