In what would normally be a scene dominated by Rams and Bears fans — both teams have inductees in Marshall Faulk and Richard Dent and were scheduled to play the first preseason game here Sunday — the most represented fan-base appears to be Denver’s.

Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Richard Dent was a member of one of the greatest defensive units in league history. And, in today’s NFL, it’s possible that Dent might have never gotten that chance.

The Chicago Bears hold the distinction of having more Hall of Famers than any other franchise. We’re less than two weeks away from seeing the Class of 2011 enshrined, at which time Richard Dent will add to that impressive list.
