The inductees and their presenters have congregated in the green room offstage, where their getting a run-through of today’s ceremony. Consider it the hurry-up-and-wait before the show.
With just over an hour to go before the Hall of Fame induction ceremony begins, the threat of rain appears to have lessened. Good news for the Hall and fans alike.
There are more than 80 members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame here for this weekend’s enshrinement festivities, almost all of them staying at the McKinley Grand Hotel in downtown Canton. Which happens to be where the NFL Auctions crew has set up shop.
The 2009 Hall of Fame class was introduced on Saturday: Bob Hayes, Randall McDaniel, Bruce Smith, Derrick Thomas, Ralph Wilson Jr. and Rod Woodson.
