Representatives from 29 NFL teams — including Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly and Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin — were present for Penn State’s pro day on Tuesday, when a workout was held indoors on FieldTurf. Allen Robinson, WR (6-foot 7/8, 207) — Robinson ran the 40-yard dash in 4.48 and 4.50 seconds (improving on the 4.60 40 from the NFL Scouting Combine). He had a 42-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-11 broad jump. He also did the three-cone drill in 6.54 seconds. Robinson had a great pro-day workout. He looked very good running routes. Representatives from 30 NFL teams — including offensive line coaches from eight teams — were present for Tennessee’s pro day Wednesday, when the Volunteer’s 2014 NFL Draft prospects worked out indoors on FieldTurf. The offensive line position drills went extremely long, as all eight line coaches wanted to do their own drills with the players (and Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable going through the drills twice). Zach Fulton, G (6-foot-4 5/8, 319 pounds) — Fulton ran the short shuttle in 4.78 seconds and then stood on the rest of his numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine. The Pittsburgh Steelers’ general manager (Kevin Colbert) and head coach (Mike Tomlin) were among the NFL personnel representing 31 different teams Tuesday at Michigan State’s pro day. A total of 16 prospects in this year’s draft and two others from the 2012 class worked out indoors on FieldTurf. Darqueze Dennard, CB (5-foot-11, 195 pounds) — Dennard had a 36-inch vertical jump and an 11-foot-2 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.18 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.83 seconds. He stood on his 40-yard dash time from the NFL Scouting Combine. Dennard had a very good pro day workout.
