NFL.com senior writer Steve Wyche reports that Falcons CB Dunta Robinson will start vs. Tampa Bay. Robinson sustained a concussion after he and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson were knocked out of their game in Week 6 after a frightening collision in which the Falcons’ cornerback launched himself head first to make a tackle. Robinson was fined $50,000 by the league, but said he will appeal the NFL’s ruling.

Falcons RB Jerious Norwood will miss the game against the Cowboys because of a right hip flexor injury he sustained against the Bears last week. FB Ovie Mughelli also will miss the game with a calf injury.
Cowboys WR Roy Williams is active and is expected to start.

After being limited all week in practice, Falcons RB Michael Turner (chest) appears fine and is officially listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys.
