Understanding what you are watching when WR Randy Moss practices…

Randy Moss has a reputation for being a player who doesn’t go hard in practice. I’m not sure why this is. Maybe there were times when he didn’t finish drills, but I watched him for two training camps and that wasn’t the case. Teammates say he works. In particular, what the veteran receiver does is make catches. Some ridiculous catches. I remember when Moss posterized Jets CB Darrelle Revis in 2010 with the sickest catch I’ve ever seen in person — a one-handed touchdown. The Jets get a glimpse of Tebowmania… including a poor dog’s new name

Well, this didn’t take long. You knew the Jets would wrap their arms around Tebowmania. And you knew they were entering another world when Tim Tebow’s introductory news conference was treated like a gala. But I feel like it really crystalized today. Media members who cover the Jets were allowed in the locker room today for the first time this offseason, and Tebow received most of the attention. Duh. Cowboys turn OTAs into fan-friendly event

While the Dallas players took part in a 90-minute practice on the field at Cowboys Stadium, approximately 2,000 fans paid for the privilege to split time taking a tour of the stadium while watching the practice – both down on the field and up on the giant Jumbotron.
