Shoulder surgery prevent Ohio State’s John Simon from participating in drills at the NFL Scouting Combine and at the school’s pro day, so the defensive end held an individual workout on Monday.

Representatives from 27 NFL teams were present at Ohio State’s pro day, which was held indoors on field turf. A total of 12 players from the university and one player from Glenville State worked out in front of NFL coaches and scouts.

You look at all the highly successful college coaches and not many of them seem to translate that to the NFL.
