All 32 teams now know how signing Michael Vick would impact their regular-season roster after the NFL Player Personnel Department issued a memo today.

While Michael Vick‘s status in regards to the 80-man roster is clear, teams have yet to receive full clarification on how the quarterback would be classified on a potential 53-man roster, should he still be ineligible to perform in regular-season games come Week 1.
