Browns to start third-string QB: Jason Campbell is second on Cleveland’s depth chart, but head coach Rob Chudzinski has decided to start Brian Hoyer when the Browns take a trip to Minnesota for Week 3. Browns GM Mike Lombardi seems enamored with Hoyer, but even the most incurable optimists will have a difficult time making a case that Hoyer will be a productive fantasy QB this week.
