If it’s April, Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco likely is seeking a trade. But once again, Ochocinco likely will be in Cincinnati after the draft passes. Bengals coach Marvin Lewis told the team’s Web site that he’s growing tired of the trade talk because Ochocinco isn’t going anywhere.

The Cincinnati Bengals re-signed running back Cedric Benson on Tuesday, the team announced. The deal is for two years and $7 million, reports NFL Network’s Adam Schefter.

So far this season, St. Louis has fired head coach Scott Linehan and Oakland has fired head coach Lane Kiffin.

But anyone who thinks Cincinnati head coach Marvin Lewis could be next is off base.

One reason Cincinnati has started 0-2 is because its offense has done nothing. Quarterback Carson Palmer has thrown no touchdowns and three interceptions while compiling a 37.1 quarterback rating. But Bengals coach Marvin Lewis has not abandoned faith.
