We’ve heard this before: Water is wet. The sky is blue. And Darren McFadden missed Wednesday’s practice with an ankle injury, this one supposedly having come against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving if head coach Dennis Allen is to believed. Oakland’s other RB Rashad Jennings actually did return to practice Wednesday after picking up a concussion on Thanksgiving. On one hand, you feel bad for McFadden since he seems to be cursed. But he’s been mostly useless for his owners throughout his career since he is incapable of staying on the field. Jennings is Oakland’s go-to guy for the rest of this season … and perhaps beyond.
