Chris Johnson was one of the more pleasant surprises in fantasy football last season, posting 43 receptions, 1,488 scrimmage yards and 10 total touchdowns. Based on a recent report in the Nashville City Paper, he should improve on those numbers in 2009.

All was not rosy in Tennessee following the Titans’ first loss of the season as running back LenDale White sounded off about his lack of playing time, saying he “wasn’t paying attention” to the game.

If you are an overweight strapping running back, odds are you will be eventually be compared to former Los Angeles Rams and Steelers running back Jerome Bettis. And Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times writes that Titans running back LenDale White is starting to get that association. Even though White isn’t believed to be much of a bowler.
