Buccaneers TE Kellen Winslow, acquired in a trade with the Browns in February and later awarded a six-year contract that could be worth as much as $42 million, didn’t attend Tampa Bay’s first offseason training activity workout Tuesday. “The coaching staff was aware that he wasn’t going to be here,” the team said. “They’ve been in contact with Kellen, and they understand why he wasn’t there.”
