Pro Bowl return man is going to participate in training camp, according to sources, but remains upset about his contract situation and is prepared to sit out regular-season games unless changes made to his deal.

Cribbs’ representatives meet with Browns again

Cleveland Browns officials and Josh Cribbs‘ representatives held a three-hour conference call Thursday, according to a source. The team also is scheduled to have a face-to-face meeting with Cribbs to continue discussing the Pro Bowl return specialist’s displeasure with his contract.

Redskins’ snub gave Cribbs something to prove

rowns kick returner/wide receiver Josh Cribbs grew up in Washington, D.C. cheering passionately for the Redskins. When he graduated from Kent State University in 2005, he entered the draft with hopes that his hometown team would choose him. But they passed him over and Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer writes that Cribbs has been striving to show the Redskins what they missed out on ever since.
