Late game observations Tim Tebow doesn’t throw it often and doesn’t throw it particularly well. But when he does throw it, he’s throwing it to Eric Decker. Since Tebow became the starter, Decker has 15 catches for 261 yards and four touchdowns. Broncos receivers don’t have much value, but if you’re going to start one, it should be Decker. Of all the unwritten fantasy rules, here’s one more: Start Ryan Mathews against the Broncos. Mathews ran for 137 yards Sunday, his third career 100-yard game. All of them have come against Denver. Is there any receiver as frustrating as Vincent Jackson? For as talented as he is, the big wideout has had a maddening tendency to disappear in games. While he […]

The Lions will start Drew Stanton at quarterback vs. the Bears, and while the former Michigan State Spartan will not draw any interest in fantasy circles, he certainly could impact one of the best receivers, Calvin Johnson. Megatron continued to produce big numbers with QB Shaun Hill, but can you really trust him to do the same with Stanton?

The fantasy value of Greg Olsen took a tremendous hit once Mike Martz became the Bears offensive coordinator. Martz’s offenses use a tight end the same way that Tony Dungy uses blue language. So with Martz’s hiring, we lost a possible breakout fantasy tight end.
Or did we?

The Bears offense is like the sun. Use precaution, and you could get a nice warming glow. Move haphazardly, and you will end up burned.

Thomas Jones is listed ahead of Jamaal Charles on the Chiefs depth chart. How does that affect Charles’ fantasy value?
