Jason Bromley of Syracuse could be fifth- or sixth-round pick

There were 21 NFL teams represented — a contingent that included a defensive line coach from the Philadelphia Eagles — at Syracuse’s pro day on Wednesday, when 12 players worked out indoors on FieldTurf. Jason Bromley, DT (6-foot-3 3/8, 307 pounds) — Bromely ran the 40-yard dash in 4.97 and 4.98 seconds. He did the three-cone drill in 7.88 seconds, and stood on the rest of his numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine. Bromley is a very good athlete who moves around really well, but does have a tendancy to play a bit too upright. He is probably a fifth- to sixth-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
