Rams tight end Lance Kendricks is once again a sleeper candidate. This time around, things are different.

If you haven’t heard it yet, you’re bound to catch it at some point this weekend. Someone, whether it’s a draft analyst, host, or just the burly guy drinking a PBR next to you at the sports bar, will wonder aloud why a team would take a tight end in the first round.

With the winds of change blowing in Cincinnati, fantasy owners need to get familiar with some different names.

Well maybe it was his receivers fault. No Chad Ochocinco and no Terrell Owens has been no problem for QB Carson Palmer as the embattled signal caller has already tossed a pair of touchdowns vs. the Chargers.

Every year we have been waiting for the return of Carson Palmer. Which has been running a similar course as to waiting for this Michael Imperioli cop show to really hit with the networks. QB Carson Palmer started the preseason efficient, working diligently to ease WR Terrell Owens into the lineup. Almost to the exclusion of everybody else.

QB Carson Palmer is on the hot seat. An obvious statement, like saying that LeGarrette Blount needs to stop punching people.

The first week of preseason is drawing to a conclusion. Can you feel the excitement? We are that much closer to the start of fantasy football season. There are two games to keep track of while you gather the family for Summer Slam on Sunday.

Brad Childress basically confirmed that Tarvaris Jackson is the top option for the Vikings in the event (however unlikely it appears) that Brett Favre doesn’t return.

The Bengals could have a fantasy-relevant tight end in Jermaine Gresham.
