Ravens DT Haloti Ngata (ankle) is listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report for Monday night’s game against the Browns. Browns RB Jamal Lewis also is questionable.

Browns owner Randy Lerner answered a lengthy list of questions from the Cleveland Plain Dealer via e-mail.

Steelers RB Willie Parker and SS Troy Polamalu are active against the Browns in Week 6, as expected. Parker has missed two games with a toe injury. Polamalu was injured in the Steelers’ win over the Titans in Week 1.

Browns RB Jamal Lewis, who has missed the last two games because of a hamstring injury, is questionable for Sunday’s meeting with the Bills. Lewis was a limited participant in practice early in the week, but he gave it a full-go today.

The Thursday injury report has been released and includes some notable players — Bengals RB Cedric Benson, Texans DE Mario Williams and Cowboys WR Roy Williams among them — sitting out for the second day in a row.
