Maurice Jones-Drew missed Thursday’s practice due to an ankle ailment and Fred Taylor did limited work, but both running backs returned on Friday are listed as probable for the Jaguars this weekend. Obvious good news for fantasy football fans.

LaDainian Tomlinson‘s injured toe has become a cause for concern in San Diego. Tomlinson did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, and many are wondering how long the injury will linger. Backup Darren Sproles could see increased action after his huge performance against the Broncos last week. Tomlinson’s toe along with Adrian Peterson‘s injured hamstring has fantasy owners despondent.

The Saints, who face a daunting task in slowing down the Broncos offense, will be challenged further as four defensive backs wound up on the injury report. Cornerback Aaron Glenn is out with an ankle injury. But safeties Josh Bullocks (heel) and Roman Harper (hamstring), along with CB Randall Gay (hamstring) are all listed as probable.
Broncos center Tom Nalen saw limited practice on Wednesday but did not practice the rest of the week. He is out.
