The headliner at Idaho’s pro day, which was held March 11 outdoors on FieldTurf on a wet field with a slope, was G/T Mike Iupati (6-foot-5 1/2, 324 pounds). Though he did not work out at the event (he chose to keep all of his NFL Scouting Combine numbers), that does not mean he won’t be running plenty of drills over the next month. He already has nine scheduled visits with teams, and worked out with the Browns on Monday.
One of the great things about events like the Senior Bowl is that players are more willing to open up and talk freely.
Such was the case with Idaho’s Mike Iupati.
