It’s week 13 and the playoff picture is becoming clearer, as the Falcons, Patriots, Texans, and Broncos all clinched a playoff appearance. Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was lifted during Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals in what might have been the worst game in NFL history, or at least this week. While Greg McElroy led the Jets to a win over the Cardinals, Mark Sanchez was caught furiously scribbling on his clipboard. What could he have possibly been writing? We got a sneak peak with our spy camera.

The talk of the combine — at least as far as quarterbacks go — has been Cam Newton. And then followed by Cam Newton, with a little more Cam Newton sprinkled in. Although to be fair, there also has been some talk about Cam Newton.

NFL Network analysts Charles Davis and Mike Mayock took a look Thursday at which players helped themselves the most during Senior Bowl practices this week.

West Virginia speedster Noel Devine, Boise State wideouts Austin Pettis and Titus Young, as well as Florida State quarterback Christian Ponder and Alabama’s Greg McElroy have all committed to the 2011 Senior Bowl.
