NFL Network spent three months to produce a special introductory video, “The Grand Crossroads of Hope,” to open the 75th NFL Draft on Thursday night.
Gerald McCoy has expressed on a few occasions he hopes to be a top-three pick in the draft, which is right where most prognosticators have him pegged. In fact, he feels like he deserves it.
Often lost amid all the news, business and media aspects of the draft is the fun. It’s easy to focus on what team is taking which player, what kind of contracts will eventually be handed out and how much exposure and/or endorsements the top prospects will receive. But the fact remains, football is a game and it is meant to be enjoyable.
