The funeral for Bears DE Gaines Adams has been scheduled for 1 p.m. ET Friday at Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, S.C.

As reaction comes in from around the league on the passing of Chicago Bears DE Gaines Adams on Sunday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell also offered a few of his thoughts and memories on the 26-year-old who died after going into cardiac arrest because of an enlarged heart.
