In yet another offensive shakeup for the Buffalo Bills, veteran running back Dominic Rhodes was cut Saturday as the team trimmed the roster to 53, according to a source with knowledge of the move.

Joseph Addai missed Wednesday’s practice with an injured shoulder, and reports out of Indianapolis indicate he could miss Week 15.
That would mean an enormous increase in the value of Dominic Rhodes, who would draw the start against the Lions and their league-worst run defense. The Colts also signed Najeh Davenport, which could be an indication that Addai’s ailment is significant.

NFL Network’s Adam Schefter is reporting that Joseph Addai will miss two to four weeks with a slight tear in his hamstring. He suffered the injury in last week’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.
With Addai out and Mike Hart now on injured reserve, the Colts have re-signed Clifton Dawson and promoted Chad Simpson from their practice squad.
