		<description><![CDATA[Delaware held its pro day on March 15, and there were 15 teams present. Bengals QB coach <strong>Ken Zampese </strong>and Jets assistant <strong>Matt Cavanaugh</strong>. They were all there to see QB <strong>Pat Devlin </strong>who kept all of the numbers from the combine.
