Keep an eye on Matt Jones

Free agent wide receiver Matt Jones was not signed by the Titans this week, but considering how late in the preseason it was, the fact the team was playing that night — and that signing Jones then would have hurt their roster options that night — and the fact they were already facing cuts, that’s not a surprise.
