Well if you will all excuse me, I will go take a Lambeau Leap into a brick wall, following the news that Jermichael Finley is going to be out for the rest of the season. One of the most lasting images of the 2009 season was rookie QB Matthew Stafford getting drilled while throwing a pass against the Browns, being helped off the field, and then returning to throw a 1-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Pettigrew to lead the Lions to the win. Now the Lions quarterback is healthy and ready for 2010.

It’s very early, but several of the long list of injured Lions from last season are showing encouraging signs.
