After he left the fantasy football world twisting in the wind in Week 1, Arian Foster appears primed for his first regular-season action Sunday when the Texans visit the Dolphins.

Texans RB Arian Foster officially was ruled out of Sunday’s season opener against the Colts when the team released its inactive players at 11:30 a.m. ET Sunday. Derrick Ward will start in Foster’s place.

Arian Foster missed a third straight practice Friday and will be a game-time decision against the Colts.
