NFL.com’s Steve Wyche reported earlier this week that Baylor’s Heisman Trophy-winning QB, Robert Griffin III, wouldn’t throw at the NFL Scouting Combine. On Friday, Griffin confirmed it and was clear that nobody else — not his agent, nor his training staff — made the decision for him.
