Representatives from 23 NFL teams were present at Arkansas’ pro day on March 5. The Razorbacks had four players at the NFL Scouting Combine, and center Travis Swanson has the best chance to be selected high in the 2014 NFL Draft. Swanson stood on all of his numbers from the combine. He had position workouts conducted by an assistant coach from the Kansas City Chiefs, and he had an impressive performance in the drills. Arkansas hosted 29 NFL team representatives, including the Miami Dolphins quarterback coach and the Jacksonville Jaguars running back coach, on its pro day on Friday. Drills were run indoors on FieldTurf. Twenty-eight people participated in the pro day, 23 from Arkansas.
While quarterback Ryan Mallett was the headliner at Arkansas’ pro day on Tuesday, he was not the only player that the 21 teams present wanted a closer look at.
