Jones explodes against Jets: Raise your hands if you had Marvin Jones scoring four TDs and rivaling an almost historic day by Megatron? Who can figure out the Jets defense? Ok, his parents can put their hands down. Anyone else? I didn’t think so. If your hand is in the air, your nose is probably growing. Jones had eight receptions on eight targets to go along with his 122 receiving yards and four touchdowns (way to go, Jets secondary!). Every one of those numbers represents a career high for Jones. A total of nine NFL teams were represented at Clemson Pro Day on March 7. They ran indoors on field-turf. Only one player held a workout. Andre Ellington RB (5-9 3/8, 194 pounds) — He was at the combine but pulled his hamstring there and was reluctant to run because he was afraid he might pull it again. He ran 4.71 on his first 40-yard attempt before coaches convinced him it was in his best interest to run at full speed in order to get a better look at him. He ran 4.52 on his second attempt.
