Eastern Washington defensive tackle Andru Pulu worked out Thursday at Federal Way (Wash.) High School. The workout took place outdoors in 50-degree temperatures and a slight wind, and was run on FieldTurf. Pulu had an operation to remove bone spurs on Jan. 7 and only had a couple weeks to prepare for the workout. That workout went alright, given that Pulu got tired due to the brief among to preparation time and not being completely ready due to the injury. The workout took place outdoors and run on FieldTurf, and there were 10-15 mile-per-hour wind gusts. Louis-Jean (6-foot-1 3/8, 187 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.68 seconds against the wind and 4.53 seconds with the wind. He had a 32 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-5 broad jump. Kerry Wynn, DT (6-foot-5, 267 pounds) — Wynn, who was at the NFL Scouting Combine, ran the 40-yard dash just once — in 4.70 seconds — due to a tight right hamstring. He ran the short shuttle in 4.73 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.53 seconds. Wynn has 32 1/4-inch arms. Wynn visited with the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday, and is probably going to be a third-day selection — sixth or seventh rounds — in the 2014 NFL Draft.

He had a 35-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-5 broad jump. He ran the short shuttle in 4.51 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.38 seconds. Among those prospects working out was Keith Wenning, who is probably the best quarterback prospect in this 2014 NFL Draft class that we haven’t heard anything about. Wenning (6-foot-2 5/8, 223 pounds) has numerous workouts scheduled with NFL teams, including with the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots.
