Brandon Coleman, WR (6-foot-6, 225 pounds) — Coleman stood on his numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine. He did position drills, and had an average workout. There were 15 NFL teams represented at Bloomsburg’s pro day on Thursday. Larry Webster, who was at the NFL Scouting Combine. He was a top performer in his position group in the 40-yard dash (clocking in just 0.05 seconds behind Jadeveon Clowney‘s time) and vertical jump. Webster worked out with the defensive linemen in Indianapolis, but at his pro day he worked out at defensive end, tight end and linebacker.

Representatives from 17 NFL teams were present for Tulane’s pro day on Friday, when 10 Green Wave players and around 20 others from area small schools worked out indoors on FieldTurf at the facility of the New Orleans Saints. Ryan Grant, WR (6-foot 1/2, 194 pounds) — Grant — who was at the NFL Scouting Combine — ran the 40-yard dash in 4.52 and 4.50 seconds. Alabama held its second pro-day workout on April 8 and it was attended by 10 NFL teams, including Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Greg Manusky, San Diego Chargers offensive line coach Joe D’Alessandris and a defensive line coach from the Detroit Lions. Cyrus Kouandjio, OT (6-foot-7, 321 pounds) — Kouandjio ran the 40-yard dash in 5.42 and 5.53 seconds. He had a 31-inch vertical jump and 8-foot-10 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.82 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.93 seconds. Representatives from 17 NFL teams made the short trek over to Southern’s pro day following the conclusion of LSU’s pro day on Wednesday (Southern University is location in Baton Rouge, La.). The Southern football staff put fliers on peoples’ cars at LSU’s pro day to remind the scouts of Southern’s pro day being held the same day and to provide directions to the new location for the pro day. The players couldn’t work out at Southern because the field wasn’t ideal, so the event was moved to another facility 10 miles from campus. Representatives from 21 NFL teams were present for Louisiana-Lafayette’s pro day on Monday for a workout that was held in ideal conditions indoors on FieldTurf. Darryl Surgent, WR (5-foot-10, 190 pounds) — Surgent ran the 40-yard dash in 4.59 and 4.56 seconds. He had a 39 1/2-inch vertical jump and 11-foot-1 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.28 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.43 seconds. He performed eight lifts of 225 pounds on the bench press. The top attraction for those coaches was tight end Nic Jacobs (6-foot-5, 265 pounds), who was at the NFL Scouting Combine. Jacobs ran the 40-yard dash in 4.78 and 4.87 seconds. He had a 35-inch vertical jump and 9-foot-9 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.68 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.47 seconds. Todd Washington, CB (5-foot-11 3/8, 192 pounds) Washington — who was at the NFL Scouting Combine — had a toe injury that forced him to miss the final six games of the 2013 season. He still isn’t 100 percent healthy (probably around 80 percent ready), so his numbers in the drills aren’t exactly indicative of his athletic abilities. Grice was sidelined late in the 2013 season with a leg injury (Grice missed three games, including the Pac-12 Championship Game and the Holiday Bowl), and was not able to participate in the Sun Devils’ pro day on March 7. Grice (6-foot 1/2, 208 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.68 and 4.69 seconds. He had a 32-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-7 broad jump.
