Missed chances

Dallas has missed soooo many chances at big plays. A long pass to T.O – incomplete. A long pass to Miles Austin – incomplete. A fumble into Ken Hamlin’s hands – bounces out. Dallas keeps this up, it is going to be bounced from the playoff picture.

Special teams

This has turned into a field-position game and Baltimore is winning. Winning on special teams. One reason they’re winning.

Good call

Talk about a perfect play call earlier. DeMarcus Ware went from right to left end, and Joe Flacco bootlegged to Ware’s former side for a first down.

Battered Baltimore

More injuries for the Ravens — CB Fabian Washington just hobbled off the field.

Bright lights

On the pass to T.O., know that it’s not easy to pick up a ball in these lights. Walking on the field pregame, I looked into the lights and wondered how you see the ball. Now I know. They don’t always.

Mason missing

Derrick Mason tried to come back but couldn’t. He just left the field with the same left shoulder injury. Guess is, done for the night.

Anderson coming back?

X-rays on Willie Anderson’s left ankle were negative. Anderson is going to have his ankle taped and try to play again.

Cowboys pressure

Dallas is getting great pressure on Flacco in the red zone – leading to a turnover and then forcing the Ravens into a field goal attempt.

Checking Willile

The Ravens carted Willie Anderson off the sidelines and brought him back to the locker room for X-rays on his ankle.

Bright lights

Atmosphere at Texas Stadium tonight is like a Super Bowl. Flashbulbs keep exploding, people snapping pictures of the last NFL game at Texas Stadium. It’s the kind of thing you see at the Super Bowl — and the Texas Stadium finale.

Barber mystery

It really is the Great Marion Barber Mystery. Wade Phillips told me he’s starting. Then choice does. Bizarre.

Mason factor

That’s not good for the Ravens. Mason was even wearing a harnass on the shoulder tonight.

Barber ready

Cowboys coach Wade Phillips Marion Barber is starting and will not be limited by his toe injury. Barber appeared to be favoring it some during pregame warmups, but Phillips said Barber is good to go.
