Those hoping to know retired QB Brett Favre‘s decision about playing for the Vikings this season might have to wait longer than expected. According to a source close to the situation, Vikings coach Brad Childress has put “no pressure” on Favre to make a decision by the start of the first training-camp practice Friday.

NFL Network’s Scott Hanson reports that former Saints TE Mark Campbell is leaning toward retirement, but he’s willing to return for an 11th NFL season if “the right situation” comes along. QB Trent Green, on the other hand, says he would be “100 percent committed” to playing in the “right situation.” Green was the Rams’ backup QB last season.
