Report: Austin Seferian-Jenkins shelved for pro day

Washington tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins won’t participate in Washington’s April 2 pro day workout due to pending surgery to repair a stress fracture in his foot, according to FOX Sports’ Joel Klatt.

Doctors at the NFL Scouting Combine discovered Seferian-Jenkins’ injury in Indianapolis last week, causing the former Huskies star to join a number of top tight ends who were unable to perform at their best at the event.
