Fantasy football enthusiasts, it’s time to welcome Tiaquan Underwood to the big leagues. He is no longer just “that guy with the awesome high-top fade.” No, after he torched the Detroit Lions secondary for 108 yards and two touchdowns he has become something so much more. He is now the Week 12 “That Helps No One” award winner.
Vincent Jackson owners were likely throwing their remote controls across the living room as Underwood hauled in another pass instead of their play-making wide receiver. The same could be said for all those who rushed to collect Bobby Rainey off the waiver wire, only to watch him score a pedestrian 3.5 fantasy points in NFL.com standard leagues.
At least Underwood helped out anyone bold enough to start Mike Glennon, who finished with 16.18 points in standard scoring leagues. But since practically no one started Mike Glennon, and even fewer started Tiquan Underwood, the fifth year receiver out of Rutgers walks away with some hardware from the NFL.com fantasy team.
