Monday Nightmare: Almost Jimmy, almost

Allow me to pull back the curtain a little bit. When we do projections for the Monday show, if I need a guy to get me a certain number of points that night, I will project that. This, of course, explains why I had Jimmy Graham tabbed for 26.80 points against the Dolphins on Monday night. And to be honest, that number wasn’t so outlandish. It puts him in the Tony Gonzalez category for Week 4 and it was close to what Graham did on Monday.

Yes, it was close.

Graham was less than three points away from giving me one of the most unbelievable comebacks in the history of my League of Record (the league I care about the most). But it was not to be. Well, unless a stat correction occurs. Oh, and it should be noted I wouldn’t have been in this mess if Akbar hadn’t convinced me to leave Le’Veon Bell on the bench.

But enough about me. I’m not here to prattle on about myself. This is about helping you. Like those of you who started Ryan Tannehill. Or maybe that last fumble by Darren Sproles cost you. Consider this one big fantasy therapy couch. Be sure to let it all out, you’ll feel much better when you do.

Just ask these kids who used the #MondayNightMare.

Wait, not you, bragger.
