Brady leaves practice after injuring knee

The Patriots were practicing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in preparation for their upcoming preseason meeting, and Tom Brady limped off the field after suffering an injury to his knee. It is the same knee in which a torn ACL cost him the entire 2008 season.

Albert Breer is reporting the following:

Tests showed he had no structural damage, and that the previous reconstruction wasn’t compromised in any way. The Clean MRI = No significant ligament damage.
He’ll have more scans tonight, and be reevaluated tomorrow as well, per sources.
