Ole Miss pro day features massive 6-foot-10, 388-pound OT

Representatives from 12 NFL teams gathered at Mississippi’s pro day, where 20 players worked out. The event was held indoors and the players ran indoors on FieldTurf. No player from Ole Miss was at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Terrell Brown, OT (6-10, 388) — Brown is massive and just might be the biggest player we’ve reported on in this space. He has 38-inch arms and a 92 3/8-inch wingspan. Brown ran the 40 in 5.80 and 5.88 seconds, had a 5.65-second short shuttle and a 8.98-second three-cone drill. He had a 23 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 6-foot-9 broad jump. He also performed 22 lifts on the bench press.

Gilbert Pena, NT (6-foot-2 1/2, 330 pounds) — Pena ran the 40-yard dash in 5.52 and 5.51 seconds, ran the short shuttle in 4.88 seconds and had a 7.88-second three-cone drill. He had a 24-inch vertical jump and a 8-foot-0 broad jump. He also had 23 lifts of 225 pounds on the bench press. Pena could be selected as high as the seventh round in the 2013 NFL Draft, or be a priority free agent at the draft’s conclusion.
