Jim Harbaugh runs like Colin Kaepernick — in his dreams

The younger Harbaugh brother coaching in Super Bowl XLVII took some time to chat with reporters after the San Francisco 49ers arrived in New Orleans Sunday evening.

NFL.com’s Stacey Dales asked Jim — himself a quarterback in the NFL for 14 years — if he saw any personal qualities reflected in his young starting QB Colin Kaepernick. Harbaugh’s displays of passion during games don’t go unmentioned, but his humor was on display as well in this response:

“When Colin’s running … the stride that he has,  the gracefulness with his stride, the ground that he covers, how fast and quick he is —  reminds me of myself. And then I wake up,” Harbaugh said.
