Burress: Jets can win Super Bowl with Mark Sanchez

Free-agent wide receiver Plaxico Burress stopped by “NFL AM” to chat with analyst Mark Kriegel.

The former New York Jet and New York Giant hit on topics ranging from why he isn’t getting offers from NFL teams, to his comeback after a prison stint, to his belief that quarterback Mark Sanchez can lead the Jets to a Super Bowl.

“With that defense and with the running game, those are some of the things that he need to get to be a championship quarterback and I believe he will,” Burress said.
