Philadelphia Eagles’ biggest obstacle to dynasty?

Ask your average football analyst what the biggest obstacle to the Philadelphia Eagles turning into Michael Vick’s dream dynasty is, and you’ll probably get similar responses.
They will pick from a list that includes Vick playing better and staying healthy, the offense not turning the ball over, the defense tackling better and being on the same page, the coaching staff learning how to use timeouts and manage the end of games.
Shaun O’Hara isn’t your normal football analyst.
The former center spent the final seven seasons of his 11-year career with the New York Giants.
When asked Monday on “NFL Total Access” to synthesize what could get in the Eagles’ way on Dynasty Road, O’Hara started out with a solid argument.
“In order to be a dynasty, you have to win your division, first of all,” O’Hara said. “So the biggest obstacle for the Philadelphia Eagles is the NFC East.”
Perfect, Shaun, leave it there. The NFC East is one of the toughest divisions in the NFL, and the Eagles have to win it to become a dynasty. No more analysis needed. Stop while you’re ahead.
Of course, O’Hara couldn’t help pointing out who exactly resided in the NFC East. Here’s a hint: It wasn’t the Dallas Cowboys.
“And who happens to be in the NFC East?” O’Hara smirked. “None other than the defending Super Bowl champion Giants. That is their No. 1 key, win the division.”
